Heard Ms. Nishad, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.

In view of the order dated 21.11.2025 and subsequent objection raised by Department relating to valuation of the property and the same having been complied with by filing Interim Application which was allowed on 28.01.2026, there can be no impediment in granting the Legal Heirship Certificate as prayed for by Petitioners. Order dated 21.11.2025 stands fructified now and Department shall proceed for issuance of the grant in accordance with law. 3.

Petition is disposed.
