Heard Mr. Velar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Mr. Velar points out the order dated 17.04.2025. He would submit that reason for which the legal heirship certificate is required is set out in paragraph No.6. He would submit that pursuant to the aforesaid order, Department has addressed one email to him which calls upon explain valuation. He would submit that this valuation is required to be explained by him in view of the averments made in paragraph No.6 pertaining to the schedule.

He would submit that the heirship certificate as allowed by the Court in paragraph No.7 pertains to declaration of the legal heirs

P33.MPT.212.2025.doc of the deceased as his Class-I legal heirs and that may be allowed. 5.

If that is the position, Department will not insist upon any explanation as per schedule and implement the order dated 14.07.2025 and issue the Grant.

In view of the above, praecipe is disposed.
