Ms. Jadhav, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that since all the legal heirs of the deceased were the Petitioners, the need to file consent affidavits did not arise. She thus submits that what have been recorded in paragraph 4 of the said order would have to be deleted. Accordingly, the same may be deleted.

Learned Counsel also submits that the reference to "Petitioner" in the order should be corrected to "Petitioners", wherever applicable. 4.
