Ms. Sneha Sonawane, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners points out that in paragraph 1 of the order dated 30 th April, 2025, date of death of deceased John Philip alias Pullantra John Philip is mentioned as "02.06.2025", whereas the same should be "02.06.2005". She further submits that in paragraph 2 of the order, inadvertently Act is mentioned as "Indian Succession Act, 1956", whereas the same should be "Indian Succession Act, 1925".
