This praecipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 13th June 2025.

The corrections required in the said order are as under:- (i) In paragraph No.1 in line No.2, substitute the clause "Bombay Regulation VII" with "Bombay Regulation VIII".
(ii) In paragraph No.3, line No.2, substitute the words "two married sisters and one son of the Petitioner" with"two married daughters and widow of the deceased".

The Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) altered as follows:- "(a) That a Legal Heirship Certificate be issued under the provision of Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827 that (1) Smt. Usha Dattatray Jadhav (Widow of the deceased), (2) Sau. Sangeeta Ganesh Gole (married daughter of the deceased), (3) Sau. Pooja Suhas Sawant (Married Daughter of the deceased) and (3) Amol Dattatray Jadhav (son of the deceased), are the only heirs and legal representative of the deceased."

Order dated 13th June 2025 shall be corrected accordingly and the corrected order shall be uploaded on the website of Bombay High Court.
