The corrections required in the order are as follows:- (i) In paragraph No.1 in line No.2, substitute the clause "Bombay Regulation VII"

with "Bombay Regulation VIII."

(ii) In paragraph No.2, line No.3, substitute the words "Section 15(a) of the Hindu Succession Act" with "Indian Succession Act".

Order dated 13th June 2025 shall be corrected accordingly, and the corrected order shall be uploaded on the website of Bombay High Court.
