By this praecipe, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 29th July 2025 as under:- (i) In paragraph 1, after the name "Arun alias Arvind Narayan Marathe" insert the words "and Dipika Arun alias Arvind Marathe".

(ii) Substitute Paragraph 2 as under:- "2. The Petitioner father Arun alias Arvind Narayan Marathe expired on 29th December 2020 and her mother Dipita Arun alias Arvind Marathe expired on 3rd May 2024."

904-293-2025.doc (iii) In paragraph 4, line no.3, after the word "deceased" insert the words "mother Dipika Arun alias Arvind Marathe". After corrections, Paragraph 4 will read as follows:- "4.

He further submit that Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for incorporating the name of the Petitioner in the 7/12 extract of the land belonging to the deceased mother Dipika Arun alias Arvind Marathe. It is also submitted that as the Petitioner is the sole legal heir, there is no requirement to file any consent affidavit or issue proclamation."

The order dated 29th July 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded on the website of Bombay High Court. 3.

Praecipe is accordingly disposed of.
