The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Sugra Taherali Ahmadi Alias Sughra T Ujjainwala Alias Sughra Taherali Ujjainwala.

The deceased died intestate at Andheri, Mumbai on 8th February 2022.

The Petitioner is the only legal heir and next of kin of the deceased as specifically set out in paragraph no. 4 of the Petition.

Learned Advocate Ms. Waghmare for the Petitioner submits that the Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for transfer the properties mentioned in schedule annexed as Exhibit 'F' to the Petition.

Upon hearing the submissions and perusing the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition.

Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a). 7.

The requirement of proclamation is dispensed with. 8.
