The corrections required in the order are as follows:- (i) In paragraph No.1 in line No.2, insert the clause "VIII" after the Words "Bombay Regulation " and delete the word "Act".

(ii) In paragraph No.2, line No.3, substitute the Section "15(a)" with "8".

Order dated 24th June 2025 shall be corrected accordingly, and the corrected order shall be uploaded on the website of Bombay High Court.
