The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that, the present Petition is filed for grant of Legal Heirship Certificate. Upon issuance of the same, the Petitioners intend to distribute and transfer the properties of the deceased amongst themselves. He, accordingly, submits that the Petition be allowed.

Heard the counsel and perused the Petition. Being satisfied with the submissions made, I find no impediment in granting the Legal Heirship Certificate.

The Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:

"a.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant Legal Heirship Certificate in favour of (i) Mr. Rajesh Mulchand Savla (Petitioner herein), (ii) Mr. Bhavesh Mulchand Savla, (iii) Mrs. Bhavna Ashok Gutka and (iv) Mr. Viransh Raksha Shah and they be declared as legal heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Shri.

Mulchand Jivraj Savla, -9 17 under the provisions of Bombay Regulation Act, (Act No.VIII of 1827)."
