The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Leela Nilaram Pardeshi alias Lila Nilaram Pardeshi.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. The legal heirship certificate is sought to facilitate the transfer of property mentioned in Schedule-I annexed as Exhibit-F to the Petition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I see no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.
