The Petitioners seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Jagdish Balkrishna Masurkar.
2. The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Consent Affidavits of the other legal heirs are at pages 258 to 274 of the Petition.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record and the reasons stated in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 to the Petition, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.
4. The requirement of proclamation is dispensed with.
