The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Vishnu Bajrang Bhoir.

The Petitioner is the widow of the deceased. The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.5 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph no. 6 of the Petition. Its is submitted that the other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consent Affidavits in favour of the Petitioner which are annexed at pages 23 to 30 to the Petition. 4.
