The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Gurunath Sonu Bhagat.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and nextof-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. It is submitted that the other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consent affidavits in favour of the Petitioner. 3.

The legal heirship certificate is sought to facilitate the transfer of property mentioned in Schedule of Properties in paragraph 10 of the Petition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.

The requirement of proclamation is dispensed with. 6.

Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
