The Petitioners seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Bharati Percy Gheesta.

The Petitioners are the son and daughter of the deceased. The deceased died intestate. The father has predeceased the deceased on 12th March 2008. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reason set out in paragraph no. 8 to the Petition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record and for the reasons stated in paragraph 8, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed. 5.

The requirement of proclamation is dispensed with. 6.
