Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent seeks time of one week to file affidavit in reply. The Miscellaneous Petition seeks revocation of Letters of Administration. The contention of learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner is that the original Petitioners without citing the present Petitioner who is one of the legal heirs of the deceased has obtained the Letters of Administration. He further submits that there is an apprehension that the revenue records would be mutated on the strength of Letters of Administration. 2.

As time is being sought by learned Counsel for the Respondent Amol Jadhav 1 of

35-mpt-394-2025 in tp-1500-2017.doc for filing of affidavit in reply, the affidavit in reply to be filed on or before 6th February, 2026.

List the matter on 12th February, 2026.

Till the next date, no steps be taken on the basis of the Letters of Administration.
