The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the deceased Vijay Pandharinath Labdhe alias Vijay Labdhe who died intestate.

The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition and the consent affidavit are at page Nos.28 to 30 of the Petition and an additional affidavit of Bhavana Nilesh Lad, daughter of the deceased dated 10th June 2025.
