The Petitioners seek issuance of a Legal Heirship ASHWINI GAJAKOSH Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Chhabildas Jugalkishor Agarwal. 2.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and nextof-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. 3.

The legal heirship certificate is sought to facilitate the transfer of property mentioned in Schedule annexed as Exhibit C to the Petition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.
