The Petitioners seek issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Shantaben Talakshi Mehta. 2.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and nextof-kin of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No.5 of the Petition.

The legal heirship certificate is sought to facilitate the transfer of property mentioned in paragraph No.13 of the Petition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.

The requirement of proclamation is dispensed with. 6.
