The Petitioners seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Kalpana Suresh Malap.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Consent Affidavits of other legal heirs are at pages 25 to 44 of the Petition. 3.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph no. 6 & 7 of the Petition.
