1. The Petitioners seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Lachmandas B Nariani alias Lachmandas Baharmal Nariani.

2. The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

3. The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought to facilitate the transfer of property mentioned in Schedule of Property annexed as Exhibit 'I' to the Petition.
