The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Nilofar Anwar Husain alias Nilopher Anavar Hasan. 2.

The deceased died intestate. The deceased is mother of the Petitioners. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph 9 of the Petition. It is submitted that the other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consent Affidavits in favour of the Petitioners which are annexed at pages 42 to 52 to the Petition. 1/2 by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.
