The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Terence Joe Fernandes alias Terence.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Consent Affidavits are at pages 33 to 38 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph no. 6 of the Petition.
