Present Petition is filed for seeking to take action for collection and possession of the estate of the deceased as reflected in the schedule of property and credits. Respondents to the present Petition are the siblings of the deceased. They are arrayed as Respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Ms. Sankpal, learned Advocate has filed her Vakalatnama on behalf of all 5 Respondents. She has taken instructions from the Respondents and her instructions are to submit to the orders of the
35.MPT.504.2025.doc Court and inform that Respondents have no objection if the Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b'. In that view of the matter, the statement of Ms. Sankpal stands recorded. Petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b' which read thus:- "a.
To collect and take possession of the entire estate of the Deceased Miss Alka Narayan Virkar as reflected in the Schedule of property and credits at Exhibit "D" hereto and/or that may be found here after and to hold and administer the same in accordance with the provisions of the Administrators General Act, 1963 as amended by the (Maharashtra) Act No.12 of 2002, b.
To grant liberty to the Petitioner to apply further as and when required."

The learned Administrator General, Maharashtra State, Mumbai is granted liberty to make further Application to the Court for bringing to the property and credits of the deceased in accordance with law.

With the above directions, Misc. Petition stands allowed and disposed.
