The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Gudda Manjappa Devadiga alias G. M. Devadiga. 2.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph no. 6, 7 & 8 of the Petition. Its is submitted that the other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consent Affidavits in favour of the Petitioner annexed as Exhibit 'J' to the Petition. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:
