Heard Mr. Rane, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.
Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Manoharlal Ramchand Sablok alias Manoherlal Ramchand Sablok. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 13 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.
Consent affidavits dated 04.04.2025 and 18.01.2025 of Mehak Aman Kazi, Kavita Amit Jolly, Amit Ramesh Sawhney, Rajendra Manoharlal Sablok, Kamlesh Bhajansingh Lamba, Kalpana Surendra Anand, and Devendra Manoharlal Sablok, the legal heirs are filed on
55.MPT.521.2025.doc record and appended at page Nos. 85, 90, 95, 99, 103, 107 and 111 of Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'a' which read thus:- "a.
That Heirship Certificate in the form of Appendix of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 be granted to the Petitioner i.e. (1) SURINDER MANOHARLAL SABLOK, (2) DEVENDRA MANOHARLAL SABLOK, (3) RAJENDRA MANOHARLAL SABLOK (4) KAMLESH BHAJANSINGH LAMBA, (5) KALPANA SURENDRA ANAND and (6) AMIT RAMESH SAWHNEY, declaring the legal heirs of the Deceased Late MANOHARLAL RAMCHAND SABLOK alias MANOHERLAL RAMCHAND SABLOK."

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 6.
Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.
Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
