The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Sunita Shantaram Kothare.

The deceased died intestate. The Petitioner is daughter-in-law of the deceased. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph 9 of the Petition. It is submitted that the consent Affidavit of the Petitioner as a natural guardian on behalf of her minor children, is annexed at pages 33 to 35 to the Petition. 1/2 by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.
