The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Chandrabhaga Pandurang Ambre.

The deceased died intestate. The Petitioner is the son of the deceased. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of the Petition. It is submitted that the other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consent Affidavits in favour of the Petitioner which are annexed at pages 35 to 45 to the Petition. 1/2 by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.

Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C).
