Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Ishwar Chandra Narang alias I.C. Narang. The names of the legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.6 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 4.

Consent affidavits dated 12.07.2025 of daughters are filed on record giving their consent in paragraph No.3 thereof. 5.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:-

P12.MPT.537.2025.doc "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioner under the provision of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying that follows person i.e., (1) Ranjana Naresh Paul (daughter), (2) Jyoti Narang D/o Ishwar Chandra Narang (daughter), and (3) Madhu Cyrus Patel (daughter) are the only Class I Legal Heirs of the deceased abovenamed i.e., Ishwar Chandra Narang alias I.C. Narang." 6.

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 7.

Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of four weeks from today. 8.

Misc. Petition is disposed.
