The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Kewal Parkash Shanti Parkash Datta alias Kewal Parkash Datta alias Kewal Parkash S. Datta.

The deceased died intestate. The Petitioner is unmarried daughter of the deceased. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph 6 of the Petition. It is submitted that the other legal 1/2 by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

28-mpt-543-2025.doc heirs of the deceased have given their consent Affidavits in favour of the Petitioner which are annexed at pages 28 to 34 to the Petition. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.

The requirement of proclamation is dispensed with. 6.

Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
