The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827 in respect of one P. G. Sreedharan Pillai.

The deceased died intestate. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraph no. 6 & 7 of the Petition.
