Heard Ms. Majumdar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

There is a mistake in name of deceased recorded in cause title and paragraph No.2 of the order dated 12.09.2025. The name of deceased 'Vinay Ramchand Chhabri' be corrected as 'Vinay Ramchand Chhabria'

There is an inadvertent mistake in line No.1 of paragraph No.3 of order dated 12.09.2025. The reference to 'wife' is to be read as 'mother'.

In that view of the matter, line No.1 of paragraph No.3 shall stand appropriately corrected. Necessary corrections be carried out in

P1.MPT.559.2025.doc the original order and a fresh copy of order dated 12.09.2025 shall be uploaded afresh.

Ms. Majumdar informs the Court that Grant has already been issued in compliance of the aforesaid order. Advocate for Petitioner shall submit the Grant which has been issued forthwith to the Department.

Department shall accept the same and cancel the said Grant and issue a fresh Grant within a period of two weeks from today incorporating the aforesaid correction as per fresh corrected order which has been passed today which shall be dated 12.09.2025 incorporating the aforementioned correction.

The issuance of fresh Grant shall not be delayed at any cost. 9.

Praecipe is disposed.
