Present Petition is allowed to be withdrawn in view of the statement made by the Advocate for Petitioner that the learned District Court has already issued the Grant.

Ms. Babar would submit that in respect of the property which is mentioned in the present Petition, the same is not reflected in the Grant issued by the District Court. If that be the position, Petitioner is at liberty to take out appropriate Application and seek appropriate order from the District Court. Learned District Court / Lower Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law. 4.

With the above directions, Misc. Petition is disposed as withdrawn.
