Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Mulrajsinh Takhatsinhji Jhala @ Mulrajsinhji Takhatsinhji Jhala. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No. 5 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 8 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.
Consent affidavits dated 15.04.2025, 12.04.2025, 16.04.2025, 19.04.2025 and 22.04.2025 of Yogini Narendrasinh Jhala, Kaushikaba Indravijaysinh Jhala, Manvendrasinh Indravijaysinh Jhala, Leenaba Indrajitsinh Jhala, Ajayrajsinh Indrajitsinh Jhala, Corrected / Modified order as per speaking to minutes of order dated 13.10.2025. 1 of 2
115A.MPT.582.2025.doc Mahashvetaba Rajendrasinh Gohil, Ashaben Mahendrasinh Chudasama and Meena Mulrajsinhji Jhala, the legal heirs are filed on record and appended at page Nos. 34, 40, 46, 52, 58, 64, 70 and 76 of Petition. 4.
In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b' which read thus:- "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to declare KULDEEPSINH NARENDRASINH JHALA (Grandson), Yogini Narendrasinh Jhala (Daughter in Law), Kaushikaba Indravijaysinh Jhala (Daughter in Law), Manvendrasinh Indravijaysinh Jhala (Grandson), Leenaba Indrajitsinh Jhala (Daughter in Law), Ajayrajsinh Indrajitsinh Jhala (Grand Son) Mahashvetaba Rajendrasinh Gohil (Daughter, Married), Ashaben Mahendrasinh Chudasama (Daughter, Married), Meena Mulrajsinhji Jhala (Daughter, Divorcee) are the legal heir of Late MULRAJSINH TAKHATSINHJI JHALA @ MULRAJSINHJI TAKHATSINHJI JHALA under the provisions of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1872.
b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the Delay in filing the Abovesaid Petition."

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 6.
Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.
Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
