Petition seeks revocation of Grant issued to Respondent. Petitioner is the cousin brother and to the exclusion of Petitioner he has obtained the Grant which is the charge in the Petition. 3.

Hence issue notice to Respondent.

Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner is directed to serve the Respondent a copy of this order and copy of Petition and inform about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof.

Respondent is directed to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the case of Petitioner, if so desired on or before the next adjourned date.
