The Petitioner seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Devarajan Pulamadan s/o Pulamadan Sivanan. 2.

The deceased died intestate. The Petitioner is widow of the deceased. The legal heirs and next-of-kin are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is sought for the reasons set out in the paragraphs 6 to 9 of the Petition. It is submitted that the other legal heirs of the deceased have given their consent Affidavits in favour of the Petitioners which are annexed at pages 39 to 43 to the Petition. 1/2 by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the material placed on record, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition. The Petition is allowed.
