Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Mohhammed Sirajuddin Jameel Shaikh Alias Mohd Sirajuddin Jamil Shaikh. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 7 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.

Petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased. In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms

43.MPT.654.2025.doc of prayer clause 'A' which read thus:- "'A. The Certificate of Legal Heirship thereby certifying that the All Petitioners is the Legal heirs mentioned in para 4 of the Petition be and are recognized as legal heirs of the Deceased MOHHAMMED SIRAJUDDIN JAMEEL SHAIKH Alias MOHD SIRAJUDDIN JAMIL SHAIKH............. Deceased, who in the form of under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 be granted to in favour of the Petitioner Alongwith 1) NAJAMUNNISA MOHHAMMED SIRAJUDDIN SHAIKH ALIAS NAJAMUNNISA MO. SERAJUDDIN SHEKH 2) SADDAM SIRAJUDDIN SHAIKH 3) AZHARUDDIN SIRAJUDDIN SHAIKH 4) SHABANA SIRAJUDDIN SHAIKH 5) AFREEN SIRAJUDDIN SHAIKH."

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 5.

Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 6.

Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
