Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Bimla Karamchand Goel alias Bimla Rani Goel alias Bimlarani Goel alias Bimlarani Karamchand Goel alias Bimla K. Goel alias Bimla Goel alias B.K. Goel alias Bimlarani Karamchand Goel alias Bimla Rani Goel alias Bimlarani K. Goel alias Vimlarani Karamchand Goel alias Goyel Vimlarani Karamchand alias B.K.G alias V.K.G. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the

45. MPT.664.2025.doc Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph Nos.7 and 10 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.

Consent affidavits dated 07.08.2025 and 01.08.2025 of Renu A. Gupta, Tishya H. Chhabria and Tanya M. Chhatwal the legal heirs are filed on record and appended at page No. 52, 57 and 62 of Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'a' which read thus:- "a.

that This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant Heirship Certificate in favour of (i) Ashok Karamchand Goel, (ii) Renu Anil Gupta, (iii) Tishya Hemant Chhabria, and (iv) Tanya Mahepreet Chhatwal, being the Petitioner abovenamed and the other heirs whose names are mentioned in Paragraph No. 4 of the Petition respectively in respect of the Assets and Estate of the Deceased as per Schedule of Property (Exhbit "F" hereto) in the proportionate share as disclosed in Table in Paragraph No. 6 of the Petition;" 5.

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 6.

Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
