Heard Mr. Pawar learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Praecipe is filed for correction of prayer clause (a) which is reproduced in order dated 20.09.2025 issuing the Grant. 4.

I have perused the prayer clause appended at page No.12 of the Petition. It appears that one line namely name of one of the legal heir 'Suhasini Ramakrishnan' is missing.

In that view of the matter, prayer clause (a) in paragraph No.4 stands deleted and substituted with following:- "(a) That Legal Heirship Certificate be issued Certifying that

P1.MPT.667.2025.doc PRABHA RAMAKRISHNAN (Wife of the deceased), ARUN RAMAKRISHNAN (son of the deceased) and SUHASINI RAMAKRISHNAN (Daughter of the deceased) are the only legal heirs and Legal Representative of the Deceased under the provision of Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827;"

Necessary correction be carried out and fresh copy of order be uploaded.
