Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioners for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Govind Singh Beer Singh Parihar alias Govindsingh Beersingh Parihar alias Govindsingh Birsingh Parihar alias Govindsingh Parihar S/o. Beersingh Parihar alias Govind B. Parihar. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.9 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent Affidavits dated 04.10.2025 of (1)Anita Mahendra Singh Parihar, (2)Prateek Mahendra Singh Parihar, (3)Kamala Guleria W/o. Shivram Singh Guleria nee Kamala Govind Singh Parihar (4)Sunita Kishore Singh Bist nee Sunita Govind Singh Parihar (5)Parvati Manral W/o. Bhupal Singh Manral nee Parvati Govind Singh Parihar and (6) Anita Suhas Bodhe nee Anita Govind Singh Parihar, the legal heirs are filed on record and appended at page Nos.46, 50, 54, 58, 62 and 66 of Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses 'a', 'b' and 'c' which reads thus:- "'a'

That the delay in filing the present Petition be kindly condoned. b That a Legal Heirship Certificate of 18 the deceased be issued under the provision of Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827 Certifying that (1) Lalit Singh Govind Singh Parihar (Son of the deceased and the Petitioner No.1 herein), (2) Anita Mahendra Singh Parihar (Daughter-in-Law of the deceased), (3) Prateek Mahendrasingh Parihar (Grand Son of the deceased), (4) Kamala Guleria W/o. Shivram Singh Guleria nee Kamala Govind Singh Parihar (Married Daughter of the deceased), (5) Sunita Kishore Singh Bist nee Sunita Govind Singh Parihar (Married Daughter of the deceased), (6) Parvati Manral W/o. Bhupal Singh Manral nee Parvati Govind Singh Parihar (Married Daughter of the deceased), (7) Anita Suhas Bodhe nee Anita Govind Singh Parihar (Married Daughter of the deceased) and (8) Pushpa Govind Singh Parihar (Daughter of the deceased and the Petitioner No.2 herein), are the only heirs and Legal representatives of the deceased.

c That issuance ofProc1amation be dispensed with." 5.

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 6.

Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate

as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
