Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Rajan Nalliah. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.14 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent affidavits dated 02.10.2025, 22.10.2025, 17.10.2025 and 16.10.2025 of Jayalakshmi Chandrasekaran, Jane
17.MPT.933.2025.doc James Anthony, Ravichandran Nalliah Jaya, Vijay Kumar Ganeshan, Prabhu Ganesh Vijaykumar and Pramila Arul Dass the legal heirs are filed on record and appended at page No.41, 43, 47, 51, 55 and 59 of Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'a' which read thus:- "a) That a legal Heirship Certificate of the Deceased be issued under the provision of Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827, Certifying that
1) JAYALALITHA NITYANAND, sister of the deceased,
2) Jayalakshmi Chandrasekaran, sister of the Deceased,
3) JANE JAMES ANTHONTY, sister of the deceased,
4) RAVICHANNDRAN NALLIAH JAYA, brother of the deceased,
5) VIJAY KUMAR GANESHAN, brother-in-law of the deceased,
6) PRABHU GANESH VIJAYKUMAR, nephew of the deceased,
7) PRAMILA ARUL DASS, niece of the deceased, are only heir and the legal representatives of the deceased." 6.
Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 7.
Department is directed to issue the legal heirship certificate as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 8.
Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
