This Review Petition is directed against the order dated 6th February 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3828 of 2024 by a Division Bench of this Court [ Coram : Alok Aradhe, CJ. & Bharati Dangre, J.].

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 submits that since one of the Hon'ble Judges forming the Coram is available, hence, the matter be posted before a Bench comprising of the concerned Judge.
