Petitioner No.4, Mr. Bade and the Developer have agreed to settle all their disputes and differences finally by a payment of Rs.1 lakh and with the undertaking that the monthly rent of Rs.55,935/- until November 2025 with an escalation of 10% for every subsequent eleven months period shall be paid.
