The matter is moved for Speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated October 17, 2025, to correct errors. The matter was reviewed and this order is passed.

In paragraph 3 of the order, the line read as, "Since both parties have agreed to resolve all disputes and differences and have left it to this Court to fix an amount" be substituted with, "Since both parties have agreed to resolve all disputes and differences with respect to the monetary compensation and have left it to this Court to fix an amount." 3.

In paragraph 3, line, after the word "differences" add the words, "with respect to the monetary compensation". And after the last sentence of paragraph 3, the following sentence be added : December 12 2025 Shraddha

906-CP-19-2025-SPM.doc "The Respondents through their affidavit dated September 27, 2025, are to bring the NOC for parking by December 31, 2025 and procure O.C. by February 28, 2026."

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. 5.

The praecipe stands disposed of.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
