I am informed that all that remains is for the Occupation Certificate of the Building in question to be granted and also for the Car Parking Mechanism to be installed.

Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the Car Parking Mechanism would have to be installed before the Occupation Certificate is granted. He submits that this Car Parking Mechanism is expected to arrive from Pune on or before 15 th June, 2026 and undertakes to the Court that the Car Parking Mechanism will be installed by 15 th August, 2026 and in no circumstances any further time will be sought for. Learned counsel also submits that the Occupation Certificate shall then be granted on or before 15 th August, Areeb

In so far as the balance rent outstanding amount to the Petitioner No. 4 is concerned, the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that if any such amount is outstanding, the same shall be cleared within a period of two weeks from today.
