Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that paragraph 1 of the order dated July 3, 2025, conveys an impression that all amounts due from the Developer have been received. He would submit that the monthly amounts have been paid but since the Occupancy Certificate has not been issued, the date of possession is still under dispute, and therefore, the amounts would need to be paid until the Occupancy Certificate is actually received.

This facet of the matter would be examined as the proceedings in the Contempt Petition progress further. Since the Court is first keen to figure if the timeline of activity as set out in page 87 of Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:

The approval by the fire department, said to have been received on August 20, 2025, is tendered across the bar, which is marked 'X' for identification and taken on record. 4.

Stand over to August 24, 2025 to get a further update of the progress in the matter.
