This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 8 May 2025. The said order was passed based on the Consent Terms agreed upon by the parties.

As per paragraph 5 of the Consent Terms, the Defendants were supposed to pay certain sums alongwith interest within certain specified period of time. However, since the same was not complied with by the respondents on 26 June 2025, the petitioner's advocate once again reminded the respondents that there has been a non-compliance of the order and same should be complied with. However, till today

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the contempt petition has been served. He is directed to file affidavit of service within one week from today. 4.

Prima facie there appears to be non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 8 May 2025 read with the Consent Terms. Therefore, issue show cause notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to show cause why contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act should not be initiated against them. The said notice is made returnable on 27 November 2025. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to remain personally present. The petitioner is directed to serve copy of this order on all the respondents.
