On 8 October 2025, an order was passed by this Court directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to remain present on 27 November 2025. 2.

Today, the learned counsel for MHADA states that respondent nos.2 and 3 were not served personally, but the service was made on the Advocate for MHADA.

In my view in contempt matter, the petitioner ought to have served respondent nos.2 and 3 personally. Since there was no service on respondent nos.2 and 3 personally, the physical appearance of these two respondents on the next date is dispensed with.
