Having heard the parties, it would be appropriate to have a responsible Law Officer on behalf of the Government to make submissions to the Court as to what is holding up compliance with the consent terms which have been executed by MHADA, (which was, in fact, the original Plaintiff) executed with the approval of a High Powered Committee of the State.

A copy of this order shall be served on the Learned Additional Government Pleader, so that she could address the Court as to what is holding up compliance with the solemn undertaking given to the Court. 4.

It is also noted that show-cause notices have already been issued by another Single Judge of this Court in this Contempt Petition. 5.

To ascertain the precise status from the Learned Additional Government Pleader, stand over to December 18, 2025 on the Supplementary Board.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
