It would be appropriate to call for a reply. Let a reply to the Contempt Petition be filed. The assurance given is that the best efforts would be made to ensure compliance within a period of six weeks from the date of upload of this order. If such compliance is done, it would be taken as an effort towards purging the contempt alleged. Let the reply be filed no later than November 7, 2025.

Depending on the nature of the reply and the compliance by the next date, a decision would be taken as to whether to summon the Director of the Respondent with contempt notices being issued to them personally and asking them to explain to the Court as to why appropriate actions civil or criminal should not be taken. 4.
